Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item within 10 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

Most orders will ship out within the next 3 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 10 business in USA. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, expansionny.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
International Shipping / Duties and Taxes:

All shipments outside the U.S. & Canada may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise and are levied once your package reaches your country. expansionny.com does not collect your duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be: and in the event you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear custom.
